Edward F. Pohl   Chief Executive Officer & Chairman

Edward F. Pohl has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Graystone Prime, LLC since inception.  Prior to that time, Mr. Pohl served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Emerald Asset Management, Inc. from 2001 thru 2011.  Mr. Pohl also served as the Managing Director of Emerald Fixed Income, LLC as well as Managing Partner for Emerald TALF, LLC prior to launching Graystone Prime.  From 1987 until 2001, Mr. Pohl was President of Pohl Associates, a consulting firm that specialized in management consulting and was active in mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to Pohl Associates, Mr. Pohl served as Chief Financial Officer for Business Systems, Inc. in Greenville, SC and Domesticom Inc. in New Orleans, LA, both of which were technology companies.  After receiving his BA and MBA from Tulane University, Mr. Pohl worked for Price Waterhouse in the audit, tax, and management consulting areas.
