Graystone Prime, LLC  was formed in 2011 to invest in exceptional small, and medium, size firms as a strategic partner, with a focus on expanding the businesses of our affiliated firms while, at the same time, providing management and marketing resources to those affiliates.  Depending on the extent of the partnership, Graystone Prime provides assistance with long term strategic planning as well as ownership transition.  While benefiting from the expertise, relationships, and capital that Graystone Prime can provide, affiliates maintain a significant degree of autonomy.
